Good Night Anti-Snoring Ring - it really works!

I admit it. I, like around a quarter of the UK population, am a habitual snorer. According to Anthony, a light sleeper and habitual grump, the sound of my slumber is akin to that of a lumberjack drunkenly trying to chainsaw a mattress. Night One
The package arrived and I set about studying the instructions. Night Two
Lack of sleep the night before, combined with a long day at work, meant I was tucked up in bed asleep by 8:00pm. Anthony actually had to check on me numerous times because he thought I was dead. In his own words, "for once it didn't sound as though a heavy duty freight train was careening through the house." Charming!

Night Three
Another night of snore free sleep. From one of us, at any rate - Marianna picked up the slack for me. :)

Still no snoring!

Apparently I did snore a little during the night but, in Anthony's words, "nothing like your usual symphony of horror".

Ring: 1 - Snoring: 0

Night Seven
Again, no snoring.

There you have it, a week long trial has proven that the ring really works. I was a little dubious, I admit, because it seems so strange that wearing a finger ring can impact on snoring. But it does! I'm so pleased with it - and Anthony is ecstatic.
