30 things I want to do before I hit 30 - in August 2018.
1. Write a book.
2. Complete 101 crafts with Marianna. (Expect to hear lots more about this.)
3. Bake a cake.
4. Sew an outfit - in miniature!
5. Buy a pair of shoes because they look good - not because they're comfortable! (Bonus points if they're both...)
6. Walk barefoot on the beach. - We went to Cold Knap in Barry.
7. Go out for a romantic meal.
8. Attend a concert I want to see. (As in, it won't count if I just go to something work related!)
9. Win a prize worth more than £250. - I won two TVs and a swanky phone this summer!
10. Sit for a professional family photo.
11. Rollerskate.
12. Get married!
13. Complete a jigsaw puzzle.
14. Tame the back garden.
15. Get into the top 100 on Tots100 - even if it's only for one update, I'm determined!
16. Tame the front garden.
17. Claw my way out of my overdraft.
18. Read - and review - 250 books.
19. Paint a picture.
20. Gain a new qualification.
21. Put the Mountfield dollhouse together.
22. Take Marianna to the zoo.
23. Watch a film at the cinema.
24. Get back into a size 10. Gotta be ambitious, after all.
25. Ride a bike. This one could be difficult - I even refused to get on a bike when I lived in Cambridge, so the last time was probably when I was about 11.
26. Take Marianna swimming.
27. Spend the night outside Wales. Since having Marianna we've barely crossed the border.
28. Go bowling.
29. Attend a blogging conference.
30. Host a party.
What is on your bucket list?

You've got some great ideas on here!
ReplyDeleteI just posted my 30 Before 30 as well, and it looks like we have a couple in common! http://www.flinntrospection.com/30-before-30-20-something-bucket-list/
Good luck with your list :)

Ooh, thank you - I'll have to check out yours too! :)
DeleteGo on, jump on that bike! If you could manage at 11, you can manage now too. You can't forget how to ride a bike. I will be 30 next year but I didn't think of a bucket list yet. I suppose I want to visit as many countries as I can before then (I already passed 35, so I can't say I want to visit 30 before 30) :)
ReplyDeleteHopefully not! It'll be time to teach my daughter before too long so we can be wobbly together! :)
DeleteSadly, I am well past 30 and there are some of these I still haven't done. I can recommend baby swimming though. My little one swims with Puddle Ducks and loves it. Also, I definitely agree you should attend a blogging conference. Come to Britmums! #BloggerClubUK
ReplyDeleteI wish I could! Hopefully next year. I really need to check out what swimming classes we have locally, I think Marianna will love it. :)
DeleteWow, what a bucket list! Good luck.... Haven't done one in awhile, perhaps it's time to do one too? x
ReplyDeleteThank you! :)
DeleteSo many lovely things in your bucket list! I don't actually have it, but if I did, it would include a trip to Disneyland! :)

Definitely! I thought I better be realistic though and save it for the 40 before 40, lol.
DeleteYou should definitely attend a blogging conference they are so much fun! On my bucket list I want to travel the world.
ReplyDeleteI keep hearing such good things about them! :)
DeleteWhat an amazing bucket list I haven't ever done one but like the one before 30 idea good luck with it you deserve it all x
ReplyDeleteAw, thank you! :3
DeleteThis is an amazing list, I hope you manage to complete it and perhaps even combine a few of them x
ReplyDeleteThank you! :)
DeleteLove these and hope you get to achieve them - I haven't really got a bucket list, perhaps I ought to do one
ReplyDeleteI'm hoping it might give me a bit of focus to get them done!
DeleteI love bucket lists. Some of these are easy which is perfect because you want them to be realistic and to be able to tick some off immediately right? like baking a cake :) should be a lot of fun doing these. Good luck x
ReplyDeleteAlina from The Fairytale Pretty Picture
Exactly - it gives you a bit of a push to go on to the next one! (Well, hopefully!) x
DeleteThis is a great list! Very achievable too, which is important, although it seems you've achieved so much already. My next 'big' birthday is 50 (OMG!), not for a good whie yet I might add, but 50 before 50 would be a big list! #BloggerClubUK
ReplyDeleteThank you! :) I think if I've had gone for a big 'all in' bucket list it would have depressed me a bit how many are just totally out of reach due to finances, so this seemed like a good compromise!
DeleteWhat a lovely list, it's so good to have personal goals like this. I love the name Marianna too!
ReplyDeleteAw, thank you - Anthony took some convincing but he came around to my way of thinking in the end!
DeleteWhat a great list, I am sure you will do everything on this list before 2018. xx
ReplyDeleteThank you - hopefully! :)
DeleteGood luck!! I'm 30 in September and last year I did a list of things to do but then I fell pregnant and many of the things were impossible! Ooops, I now have two months (with a newborn attached to me) to ride a horse, visit Berlin, do a hot air balloon ride and 's bunch of other things! Haha xx
ReplyDeletexD I'm just imagining this montage of you doing it all - wearing roller skates, and probably advertising tampax at the same time like WonderWoman! x
DeleteWow, what a list!!! I would love to write a book. What type of book do you want to write?
ReplyDelete:D Thanks! I'd love to do a collection of short stories - either romance or horror!
DeleteWhat a fab list, good luck on completing it. Sadly I'm past 30 :( and I don't even want to think about 40 before 40 yet lol!
ReplyDeleteThanks for linking up to #BloggerClubUK :)
Debbie
Fingers crossed - I tried to keep it realistic in the hopes of crossing them all off!
DeleteWhat a fun list, although I'd have to come up with a much longer one, since mine would have to be "before 50" :/
ReplyDeleteKnowing me, some of these will probably be carried over to my 50 list!
