Mini Mart: Happy Doll Studio

Supplier:  Happy Doll Studio Website:   Happy Doll Studio Products: High quality miniature knitting and crochet for dolls. I bought a crochet dress ($17) and a knitted sweater ($17), both sized for the 1/12 scale Picco Neemo. They are really beautifully made and fit perfectly. I'd wanted to get something from them for ages so I took the opportunity when they had a sale on which more or less absorbed the extra VAT charge. Post and Packing:   $6 from Russia, plus 20% VAT. Teen Magazine Cover Guides

Master post for the magazine cover guides I've been putting together... I collected way too many vintage covers for a miniature newsagents project I eventually gave up on, then continued collecting covers because they're such intriguing snapshots of history.  The focus is mostly on teen music and pop culture magazines, with sidelines in girls' comics and story papers. There are also links to uploaded scans of inner pages where I know of them.  Expect updates on Tuesdays. ★  20/20 (1989 - 1991) ★  Bea (1989) ★  BEEB (1985) ★  Blitz (1980 - 1991) ★  Bloodstone (1998 - 2000) ★  Boy Zone (1984) ★  British Picture News (1947) ★  Chart Songwords (1970 - 1983) ★  Cinema (1981 - 1982) ★  Crazy.net (2001 - 2002) ★  Cream (1971 - 1973) ★  Cult TV (1997 - 1998) ★  Deejay and Radio Monthly  (1972 - 1973) ★  Dragon (1974 - 1977) ★  Eclipse (1997) ★  Emergency TV (1996 - 1997) ★  Emma (1978 - 1979) ★  Fantasy Zone (1989 - 1990) ★  Fantazia (1990 - 1991) ★ Flexipop (

As a result of Randall Pugh's invesitgation, Davies told the story of his own sighting many years before. Davies' sister, a Mrs Miller living in Houghton, had recently had just recently had a close up saucer sighting in May 1977. "Warren Davies described how, about 1935, he was living with his grandmother in Freystrop after the death of his mother. He and his sister had to go to school across a field and then through a wood. They had been doing this for some time until one night, as they neared the endd of the wood, they saw a bright yellow object which they thought at first was a balloon. It was floating amongst the trees and was moving backwards and forwards like a pendulum, about six feet each way. It seemed to be abo

5ive Dolls

5ive were a British boyband formed in 1997 by the same team who assembled The Spice Girls. Sean left in early 2001, with the rest of the band breaking up that September. 5ive were my favourite boyband at the time - their debut album was probably the first CD I ever owned - but though I had plenty of posters on my walls I never had any of the dolls or other merch. Yaboom / Vivid Imaginations released two doll lines in 2000, a basic set of fashion dolls and a more deluxe set of singing dolls.
