Mini Mart: The Dolls House Store

The Master foresees an accident.

Supplier: The Dolls House Store
Website: www.thedollshousestore.co.uk
You can also find them on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. They also have a brick and mortar store in Kettering.

Products: The Dolls House Store is one of the biggest 1/12 scale retailers in the UK, and has a huge range of furniture, decorations, and accessories. The website is one of the better ones - the only real issue is that there is no 'view all' option within each category, so you can find yourself trawling through a lot of pages in some of the popular sections.

I wanted a few little bits and pieces - e.g. a small bucket (to be a 1/6 scale plant pot), a first aid box, a garden gnome, and best of all a tiny little MP3 player. I took my haul around to my mum's to take some photos in the Malibu Beach House. The remnants of Anthony's never ending Dr Who eBay listing had great fun trying it all out...

Post and Packing: My order was sent wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed, and cost £4.99 to ship. Delivery was quick and painless, but it did take a little longer to be refunded for the items which were out of stock (these were listed on the included invoice).

    1. :D Thank you! My other half collects Dr Who stuff (primarily books) so I always joke that at least my collection doesn't take up as much room.

Click the pictures below to find full cover guides to various teen magazines (primarily collated to make scale miniature magazine covers but I figure they'll also be useful for collectors and anyone into media history) and scans from my own magazine collection. I've also got a couple of kids' books I didn't want to part with - The Squirrel and Little Owl Book of Pets . Simply Cook Review

I kept seeing ads and deals for Simply Cook everywhere, so as there was a special offer on at OhMyDosh! Rewards (£3 for the box and £3.50 cashback) I figured I had nothing to lose by giving it a try. What Is It? Recipe kits packed into boxes which fit through your letterbox. The usual price is £9.99 for a kit of 4, with each one serving 2-4 people depending on your serving sizes. All you need to do is buy the fresh ingredients required and follow the instructions. Here is Simply Cook's own helpful diagram: Does It Work? For me, as the person just eating it, it was awesome. Everything tasted great - the mushroom penne in particular was so good I went back for seconds - and I liked that the sauces weren't as rich as Anthony would usually make them. For Anthony, who cooked them, they weren't as impressive. He complained that the food was bland and that it was actually quite a lot of faff, as Lidl didn't stock everything we needed which meant another trip ou
