The Conqueror Challenge Refer a Friend

The Conqueror Challenge is a really cool idea whereby you track your physical activity via an app and are rewarded for your efforts with physical medals that arrive in the post. I mean, yeah, in a perfect world I would just get up and go for my mental health walk without being bribed into it. But in this world I signed up to the Tokyo walking challenge and actually went out and did it!

You can either link it up to a fitness app or manually input your progress, and in return you're shown where you would now be along the route in Tokyo. And if the real world doesn't entice you, there are loads of licensed challenges too, from Lord of the Rings to Scooby Doo to Star Trek. They all come with really cool medals you can display too.
