Suing for Sindy!

Rovex-Triang bought out Pedigree in '72. By 1973 the newspapers were reporting that Rovex had already turned around a £1million acquisition deficit into a £300,000 profit. But, as ever, some things got lost in the chaos. Like ten-year-old Vicky Mercy's Sindy Club newsletters. She wrote to the Consumers' Association via Which, who advised her to sue... she ended up getting her 75p court costs and 15p club membership refunded, plus £1 in compensation.
